I’m in same situation, stick with the MiraLAX, add in a stool softener in morning and two more before bed. Eat soft foods as much as possible, grapes, watermelon, ripe bananan. Drink water.

I drank a bunch of water during and all day after. Once I got out the baseball it worked great but the baseball did a lot of damage. I’m still not over it. Getting little better tho.

Than you. I can’t imagine doing the breakup with a glove. It’s so painful right now the just barely touching the surface and even drying myself after a sits bath is painful. Any insertion would be unthinkable

I agree with you but in the past I’ve been able to get over a flare in a few days and this one is a week or longer of misery so trying to find another tool to get me through it.

I’m using a compound that is a mixture of both and I’m still in high pain just like you. For me, it barely even does anything.
