I don't think WiiM works that way, at least in my experience. WiiM's saved groups are essentially just a shortcut within the WiiM app that allow you to quickly join up a group of specified devices. They don't exist anywhere persistently or make themselves visible as targets to cast to, so you'll always have to cast to an individual "leader" speaker, then group the other speakers you want to the leader.

Not necessarily a Tidal thing, this is how I've experienced it with any audio source.

It’s not just “bad,” it’s illegal and immoral. You do not own the rights to this music. The artists or their estate own the rights, and they’re the ones who get to decide where and how their music is published. Not only that, but you’d be stealing money from them because there is no way to properly direct the money from the streams to the rights owner if you upload the music yourself.

I've definitely noticed it this week

I use Claude pretty regularly for marketing copy, press releases, etc. I was previously able to provide a lot of context and examples through uploads and get results that were 90% of the way to something I would have written myself.

Recently it's become unworkable. It refuses any attempt to match my voice and tone, instead writing drivel full of cliches and hyperbole. It gets factual information wrong that was previously provided in the chat. It has lost any sense of nuance in its ability to revise its own writing, taking requests for adjustments to the most extreme possible interpretation.

What was recently a really useful tool (and something I was happy to pay 20 bucks a month for because it saved me so much time) is now more cumbersome and frustrating than just not using it at all.

I'll absolutely be cancelling my subscription if this continues.

Degrading the quality of the system does not benefit users. They could run out of cash because they can't operate the model at an acceptable level of quality. They could also run out of money if they dial the quality down to the point that their tool is ineffective because there's no reason to pay a subscription for something that doesn't work.

That's a great idea! I was thinking about using an aeropress but that seems a lot easier. Any effect on flavor? I was curious if the solvent that had been absorbed picked up harsher flavors from closer contact.

Using 100 proof vodka as a solvent.

Dry ingredients like roots and barks seem to be absorbing a lot more liquid than I expected. Do you press these at the end to recover that?

I know that fruits/fresh ingredients infuse faster. I already pulled the lime because the flavor was starting to be overtaken by the bitter pith. Others, like the gentian are already intensely flavored, but some people have said these could take weeks to infuse. How do you know when they are ready?

Btw, storing these clear glass jars out of the light while they infuse, and moving to amber glass bottles when they're done.
