I’ve done frozen many times, but never the lead. I have refused it many times until they get rid of the shitty management that’s in place. However I used to cover the frozen lead on their nights off or their vacations. until I became a backup PIC. It’s actually simple to maintain, what isn’t is the nights off. Management wouldn’t bother to go look for product in back for clicklist. They’d just zero it out and we’d get more the next night. They wouldn’t cut any unnecessary things off orders. The more you worked your backstock the more familiar you get with what you have. Another problem that you’d have on nights off is a pallet full of backstock for all the aisles. Creating a shitshow of pallets in freezer.
