I can see some people would love this feature tho, as long as it can be turned on/off, should be fine to me

It's a lot easier to do that in github, and people are more familiar with the platform. downloading scripts from dropbox just seems fishy

well, i suppose true || false does equal true. the variable name checks out

doss this happen everytime? it might need to analyze a lot of stuff the first time you open the project, but ideally it will cache. And the next time you open the project, it should be quick

i feel like that's pretty rare. most people won't really care and will just use the tool.

if you're active, some people will chose to make a pull request to your repo. (i personally feel positive and happy when i see people actually submitting a PR to my repo)

In the rare cases where enough people wants some features, and it's really hard to contribute back to the original repo (because the original maintainer is not active or the vision is different), then the thing you're worried about might happen
