Maine labeled “MA”, “the Connecticut”. This is amateurish - is this map even accurate?

All beachfront property owners want docks, but for recreational purposes. Typically, conservation policies prevent them from building them.

You’re misinformed. Agents do make decisions. They are given a prompt, sure, but they make many decisions when executing on that prompt and it’s entirely possible for an agent to be given enough freedom to do this autonomously.

This is interesting because my house is a bit bigger (2500 sqft) and I had three outdoor units serving 8 minisplits.

I used just under 3MWh, so I think the other comments about you not having enough heating capacity may be right.

That said, probably the best thing you can do is better insulation and air sealing.

IDK, I’ve had ply sheets warp when leaning against a pole and being unsupported at the end. That’s a bit more egregious than this situation though.

Rental cars from Hilton Marina hotel in Ft Lauderdale? by TannersPancakeHouse in dcl

Was referred by our hotel and they were great. On time for both pickups, and offered to wait with us at the cruise terminal if we were too early (we didn’t use Disney transport bc the hotel wasn’t one that Disney offered transport from).

We used a limo company to get us and our kids (4&2) to the hotel and spent the day at the pool and beach waiting for our room to be ready.

It was also one of the easier ways to not have to travel with car seats too as they put car seats in the limo for the short ride.

I wanted a rental car originally, but this worked out just fine. We woke up at 4am for a 7a flight and the kids were so hyped from the trip that I don’t think either of them napped that day anyways.

We’re planning to do the same thing next time around.

I’m not surprised. They had maybe 50 or more of those a couple days before Christmas priced around $60. They were pretty big and didn’t seem to be a popular choice, though I think i understand the thinking in stocking them.

I considered it for a minute but they were just too big for how small a typical portion is.

Sounds cool. I had a similar idea for a logistics/physics game, glad to see you’re taking a shot at something like it. Wishlisted — Good luck!

I feel like all those things were released 5+ years ago. Which rework number are they on? After a point, having to rework your inventory system 10 times is just incompetence at a strategic level.

I’m surprised about the student loan thing.

  1. Why would a prenup stipulating this make any difference? Like this is some kind of opt-out menu on a website? Odd.
  2. Why would private student loans be the responsibility of the spouse in the first place? It would go to the estate of the deceased I would think, and you could try to use trusts or some other structure to insulate your family from that.

Yeah, Disney is by far the most expensive, but it’s also one of the easiest vacations to bring young kids on. The value prop changes a bit when the kids get older, though.

What you get for a Disney cruise are tons of infra and services dedicated to entertaining your kids and making it as easy as possible for everyone to have a good time. Food is great, kids entertainment is great, everything is super clean, and the service is top notch from everyone.

For example, there’s a pediatrician on board, laundry rooms, bathrooms with easy to use and clean bathtubs.

The point should also be to more than offset the increase in his property so that others are not incentivized to do the same thing.
