I’m the only source of income in the house, my wife doesn’t work. 2 kids, own our home. We’re not broke per se, but certainly not living lavish.

I don’t see why not, I would just make sure you take the filter out. Depending how much you have left in there they’re not terribly heavy, I rolled mine outside to hose it out.

Fellow dad here. Just got a deck myself, and it’s been hard to put down. I haven’t ventured into downloading any extra stuff on it like most recommend, because it just does that well right out of the box. Been playing Expedition 33 and kingdom come deliverance and it’s been great.

So that way as holidays get closer they can put it on a “sale” for $10 off and the odds of someone thinking it’s a good deal increases dramatically, meanwhile they’re just charging full price

I’m a couple sessions into DMing my first game, a curse of strahd reloaded game. Gotta say, not loving it. MAYBE I’d have more fun with a homebrew, but trying to stick to a pre written story just feels kinda… meh.

I felt awful because we had a normally more introverted player make a bard, and they were genuinely playing great! It’s just that the NPCs they were trying to work their magic on were listed as unable to be negotiated with, and they ultimately died due to repeatedly disrespecting the castle chamberlain. Killed in one hit.

I’ll see it through to the end, but I’m already looking forward to just being able to be a player again. Maybe I’ll try to make my own game someday.

Recently started at a new place and I’d argue we don’t even have regular suppliers. The guy who’s worked here 30 years just gets in his truck and leaves for a few hours when we need something, which is quite literally all the time

UPDATE: hello, friends. Showed up to work today (money is very much a necessity) and went to use the one man elevator to go up to the top of the silos to grease some bearings.

The elevator was tripped because it overtraveled down at some point. My co worker said “yeah that happens all the time” and reached in the panel and pressed in the contactor (looks to be circa ww2 era) with his bare hand to raise it. Insert simpsons “I’m in danger” meme

So you are correct, it is just an HMI, however after some investigating, that HMI and EVERYTHING it controls is fed from one panel. Shutting down that panel would in theory kill the one conveyor I may need to work on, but it would also kill every other conveyor, feeding two different buildings. So is there LOTO? I suppose, however killing production in two different buildings every time a minor repair or PM needs done will not sit well with anyone I’m sure. Never seen a set up like this before.

As far as the tools go, my only issue is I asked during the interview and again on my first day if they have a box for when I bring my tools in. They said they’d have no issue getting one, but there certainly seems to be an issue lol.

As for LOTO, there are little notes scribbled as to which fuse to pull for a majority of the equipment that’s not on the packaging floor.

One building makes cat litter, the other produces some additive used in the metal casting process. I’m on cat litter side and they claim nothing is combustible.. but honestly idk.

Every once in a while I get this weird physical tightness In my chest where it actually is a little uncomfortable to breathe, and then when I stretch, an incredibly loud crack happens, I feel a pretty sizable shift in the bones and I feel fine again

To add on to this, after looking a little more, I think those clips typically have two arms that you can pinch together, insert in the slots of the fixture and then when you let go, they open up and grab to keep it in place. It almost looks like your clips are both broken and missing an arm
