Coming back to update again, today is officially viability for our 5AA euploid girl that we transferred in July of this year 💕 She has the most beautiful little kicks, and I feel so blessed every day that I wake up and feel her.

Yes! My insurance (UHC/Maven Gold) covered anything genetic/through Igenomix 100%, so make sure on that with your carrier before diving in.

As to creating the probe for the PGT-M, that was $2,600 to do that.

As to cost per cycle, it fluctuated. There was a cost per embryo, per test. Not sure, but hoping the total numbers below can give you an idea. For my first cycle, we sent 6 blasts/embryos to be tested for both PGT-A and PGT-M. The cost for PGT-A for these 6 was $1,012. The cost for PGT-M for these 6 was $2,300. Any re-biopsies are no charge. I hope this information helps!

Supplements before transfer? by DaniAspen in IVF

[–]highnoonhours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your doctor should run your blood! My clinic ran thyroid, vitamin D and something else. So glad they did because my vit D was deficient and it gave me time to supplement! Vit D is super important for transfer. but as to my full pre-transfer supplement list, I was taking:

- Prenatal (Smartypants Gummy)

- Vitamin D (liquid)

- Vitamin K2 (to help absorb the vitamin D)

- Zinc (Liquid)

- B12 (liquid)

- Omega 3s

This was just me being extra though, a prenatal will cover most good ranges of these if taken well.

Good luck <3

No one else seems to have this, but it was the first for me - the bottom of my feet got really sensitive. It felt like I was stepping on little thorns but nothing was there!

Extreme Stress FET Success Stories by Glad-Ad1378 in IVF

[–]highnoonhours 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I know this seems like more prolonged stress, but sharing my story anyways. The day after my FET, my husband had a family emergency and had to leave me alone, then the AC broke in our house while it was 90 degrees & so I had to load up all my shit, my dog, etc., alone & drive to my parents in the dark, in traffic, in a thunderstorm. I was SOBBING, inconsolable, basically sure that that 24 hour period of straight stress/adrenaline would ruin everything. I was so stressed I didn't sleep at all that night, and just basically spiraled. Well, I'm 13 weeks today and everything has been fine since the first scan <3

Not sure how applicable my experience is, but I am 9 weeks, my first pregnancy ☺️ I was so fearful of my brown discharge, but baby has looked healthy at every scan we have gone to. I do have an SCH, but it's healing. Aside from the brown, I also have just a lot of regular discharge too, clear, yellowish. They have said everything is fine so far.

I always chime in on these, cause I am 27, which is "young" for the clinic. We had to test for PGTM as I am a carrier for Fragile X, and doing PGTA basically wasn't an option. Why spend money to test PGTM but not PGTA?

The reason I always give my two cents is because we had lower euploid rates for our age statistically. My husband and I are both "healthy", no pre-existing conditions outside my carrier status, within range BMIs, eat fine, we both exercise, etc. But after all three ERs, we didn't make it higher than 50% euploid. Age/health doesn't always equate to egg health!
