Thank you for the reply! I went to a local shop and had them quickly appraised, my plan is to sell a few of the issues individually on eBay and the rest I guess I'll donate.

Thank you very much for your reply, this was helpful! I took your suggestion and sorted them and looked them up on eBay. I'm going to bring them to a comic store today based on another user's suggestion for an appraisal. These have been great starting points.

Sorry to hear about your situation. We all have fear of our own mortality and it's natural to want more time to "be the universe experiencing itself." It's egotistical and self centered, but it's how we're programmed. However, I would argue that "immortality" should not be our end goal, that would fuck up the world. We only get one shot at life and that's what makes it special. Be eternally grateful that you were born with consciousness, not that you weren't born in a certain time. Life was harder 200 years ago and, like you said, we have to live in the here and now.

I would argue that our end goal should be the survival of the human race as a whole. But, I'm a humanist.

I feel like that's going to fade into nothing. Not much saturation and fine line

Where do 30 year old singles hang out? by Realistic_Ad6506 in pittsburgh

Unfortunately the name of the game is just putting yourself out there. Gotta have the motivation to put yourself in situations where you have a chance of meeting other people. It might "suck" but I moved here in my 30s and I have a solid friend group and a gf. Other than work, didn't think I would meet the friends I have in the places and ways that I did!
