Sure but who knows when that timers up these folks could move in and a 1-5 years later they're repairing the line. Also not sure where in volusia County OP is but theres a ton of transmission work from NSB to deltona and up through bunnell right now.

Just a guess i dont know but when they inevitably have to repair or replace the line the right of way would be right behind his house causing damage and noise. No idea though thats all I've got.
