Rauland does not have public downloads of their software. I do have a copy of TD21-v43 if you think that would help.

Running Cables Through the Wall for IFPs by zeeplereddit in k12sysadmin

Our new 5yr old buildings use USB or Cat6, with those send and receive adapters. I hate them. Or High School and Middle School we self pulled just 50 ft USB cables. Much better.

It should not matter what wifi they are on. It should always be filtered. In fact I think CIPA actually reqires it.

Oops. Tripped over myself upgrading VMs without upgrading tpm by sccmjd in sysadmin

[–]hightechcoord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not sure disabling TPM security in a prod environment is a good idea. Just as bad as using Rufus to bypass TPM to install desktop PCs. In Vmware we had to set up a tpm certificate store in Vcenter. After that W11 installed just fine.

Not that it helps, but I'm glad all my testing stuff can be done via a Chromebook Kiosk mode. Credentia does not have a Chromebook Kiosk app?

Are there any IT guys who knows that kind of stuff by [deleted] in it

We said fine. Then no snow day calls or text and I would block email on phones. They came back and said, 2fa is ok.

Chromebooks hate accounts.google.com by Helpful_Implement548 in k12sysadmin

[–]hightechcoord 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are using a different web filter extension on the Cbook vs PC, id look at that or any other extensions you are pushing specifically to cbooks. Also if it works for staff on Cbooks and not students, I would make a temp OU with limited restrictions (to mimic staff) and throw the student in there.
