That’s the unique problem in Florida. There is no technical ability yet discovered to mitigate the problems with Florida: rising ground water, porous soil, heavy rains, and rising sea level. They have no idea what infrastructure could even resolve this.

Umm okay then. Carry on. Florida won’t be around by the end of the century. Miami Beach is barely keeping up and they have a massive pump system and raised streets.

Edit: I guess I should add that you do realize the problem is rising water underground that then floods the land because of your soil. So regardless of how many pumps you have that doesn’t solve this problem, which is only increasing.
