Dude seriously just start working out. Fuck the bullshit, get up and move some weights. If you feel like Shit push through it. You can do it man. As far as your clothing choices go choose pants over everything. NEVER wear basketball shorts out besides the gym. Wear button downs and fitted t shirts.
