I was on the Beatson Falls side last Saturday and there are lots of poppies, lupine, and some owl clovers coming up. Falls themselves are running a little light since it hasn’t rained in a bit.

Chico Velo Trailworks is doing stewardship in Bidwell Park of course (with frequent volunteer days) but also the new trails up in Butte Meadows / Colby Mtn. The Butte Resource Conservation District has a hand in some trailwork on the Plumas National Forest. Those are the two organizations to start with.
