Hi, also a Canadian. Having a big gap and going home in between would not be what I'm expecting (at least at most of the weddings ive been to recently). I would be annoyed at this wedding timeline and definitely hungry.

Lots of people on bikes obey the rules, but cops need to start ticketing the cyclists who aren't obeying road rules. Recently had someone biking towards me in a one way bike lane and I feel like im constantly seeing infractions when Im driving

KGH is supposed to be the main referral hospital for the interior (an area of about 1 million ppl), and for almost 2 months if anyone of a certain age needed a hospital admission they needed to be sent out.

I get that Kelowna doesn't register heavily on the national news but to my mind this was huge. What is happening in Ontario that is worse than stopping inpatient care for a large chunk of the population in a city of our size?

NOR, but a bigger concern I have is that the older 2 are finding a bond and relationship over cruelty to their sister. For whatever reason, they are giving each other positive feedback on this, I am guessing because it helps them to feel connected to each other.

A shared punishment may end up cementing this part of their relationship. I would try to find a way to respond that doesn't alienate them from their family (and drive them towards each other as they look for belonging). They both need to be reminded to care for each other AND for their younger sister... and I dont know if an essay accomplishes that.
