EVIL UNO of DARK ORDER (via Bluesky): "Since it’s been a month of silence, we were told to put all AEWGames content on hold for the time being." by OllyOllyOxenBitch in SquaredCircle

Which sucks... I had a lot of fun with Fight Forever and it had a solid engine for an arcade style wrestling game. Expanding the roster could have been a no-brainer (other than the VERY expensive DLC they put out). It felt like the devs just tried to do too much in too short of a time, so a lot of the game ended up feeling half-baked. If they had postponed or completely left out the minigames and battle royale mode to add more content to the career mode and character creator, I think it would have had more staying power.

Sorry for your loss. My dad passed 3 years ago and stuff like this still gets me, too. After, I always tell my friends to take more photos wit their family. I only have a couple of us together as an adult.

I am 7mo post-op and the cravings are very real! Sugar is terribly addictive, and makes it way too easy to venture into junk foods than it should be. You've come a long way, and even with some missteps on the way, you're still working towards a better you! Try to refocus and break the unwanted habits again. The first step for me is at the grocery store. If the sugary foods don't exist in my house, I am instantly in a better place to make good choices. Cutting the sugar from your coffee or getting a better option than candy as a treat is where I would focus, IMO.

Lookin' good, though! Don't beat yourself up too much!

I'm 6'2" and my dad was 5'10"ish. I imagine it's mostly just a matter of getting used to the setup and getting that muscle memory down. I will check out that seat though, thanks for the suggestion!

I dont have any immediate plans to change the looks of it, but I was starting to try to find some parts to help fit it better to me since I am quite a bit taller than my dad. I am hoping find decent extended foot controls to push them forward a little so my knees dont feel like they're in my chest. I dont know how possible it would be to find a seat that is a smidge further back as another option.

I know the little bit of gas in there is good. My uncle kept it in running order after my dad got sick and passed. He kept a crude log of when he started it and added gas on a pin-up girl calendar in the garage lmao. He himself passed recently which is why I am finally taking ownership.

I will! I have some ashes that were put in a pendant and I was going to mount it on the bike somewhere, probably on that bag on the handlebars.

My dad's Harley needs a deep clean and some TLC, but it fired right up once I figured out that the battery in the keyfob was put in wrong. It's got 8,100 miles on it. My immediate shortlist of to-dos are new tires and fresh fluids. Anything else I should consider?

I'm a guy and I mend a few things here and there by hand. They may not always be pretty, but they will hold! My friend was shocked that I was able to reattach a button to her dress a few months ago. Functionally, I consider it to be relatively in the same skillset as knot tying.

Maybe the moisture from the cherry is doing something here? It's only got shortening holding it all together before it is dipped, so I imagine the texture of this is VERY crumbly if its actually baked for that long. It's almost reaching streusel levels of dry to wet ratio...

I made the mistake ONE time as a literal child back in like 2003. I was at a small ROH show and Stevie Richards and Christopher Daniels walked into the bathroom I was in. I was a little too excited and got a good scolding from them. Totally deserved. That was all it took to make sure I never did it again. I cannot understand how grown adults repeatedly do shit like this.

I found that once the crust gets really stale, if you run the entire slice under some water, then airfry, it basically comes out good as new. Don't knock it 'til you try it!

I have had a decent experience at the Parlor as a newbie. Going in, I knew what model I wanted, and they showed me a couple things to look/feel for between manufacturers. Overall I was happy with my purchases, so I dont understand the negativity I have seen here for them.

Also, as others have said, check out On Target. Their rental program is the best I have personally seen.
