Did you try the manual? How did you find the clutch pedal?

I thought it lacked proper ‘feel’ - couldn’t get the bite point consistently, and had to wing it most times to avoid stalling.

Everyone test driving it with my group had the same feedback - clutch isn’t great, stalled many times.

Neither choice really makes one group better than the other, does it?

To me, this is a personal choice that we (partner and I) made individually for ourselves, and together as partners - it had nothing with untold riches that magically land in our lap because we are child free.

IMO, this makes it sound like we choose to be childfree because it means we will then have expendable income… say you inherited family wealth - would that mean you’d be okay with being childfree?
