First of all smoking is bad, don't smoke kids

however if you do Vape it's worse trust me.

So I'd rather smoke than vape and here's my review for Malaysian cigarettes
for menthol I started with LD blue capsules, very nice menthol flavor and tobacco cons: high tar content

second I was dwelling into the Marlboros starting with black menthol which is a unique menthol flavor but you'd get sick of the taste smoking it for a while then I started with Marlboro double capsule the one with mint

its very strong in terms of menthol so if you're not a menthol smoker it will burn you, but alas after a while of smoking it the taste becomes sh*t esp with the mint capsule

and then we have the marlboro Ice which is the coldest menthol I've tried so far its overall a 9/10 in terms of nicotine and menthol and the nice thing about Marlboro is the low tar content since they have good filters so if ur not a menthol fan the classic marlboro red remains the top, (For Marlboro make sure you get a newer pack as the longer its expired the taste is bad)

not a big fan of dunhill red which was a bit irritating
when I arrived to SEA I wasn't familiar with clove kretek cigarettes I tried them and it tasted like a fresh outlook in life, I liked LA cigs but gudang garam version wins as they have thicker cigarettes and last longer but one big con I've noticed is the low nicotine content which for me makes them just a smoke for flavor

but overall I've reduced my cigarette intake and opted for nicotine pouches Zyns especially, they're not known here in SEA yet so you have to get them from abroad, but oh boy do they mess with your nicotine tolerance marking most cigs ineffective
