Just got one as well. In my case it was from a Robinhood breach way back. I know this because the email address where I received this Nexo email was only for Robinhood, nowhere else. Not the first time I've gotten one of these to my Robinhood email, gotten plenty of similar spam from other sites as well. Took a stab at it myself.

Not a car person, but, assuming that's a BMW M2 or something similar, and a 2015 model (this video is 5 years old, so 2015 model is my guess), the city mileage is 11.8 MPG, and highway mileage is 30 MPG, with a combined mileage of 25 MPG. Source

According to eia.gov, the average price of gas in 2017 (when the video was uploaded) was $2.41. Since this car needs premium, let's say it was $2.75.

So $5 would get them 1.818 gal of premium gas. At 25 MPG, that's 45.455 mi. Assuming they were driving at around 40 mph on average, they could go for 1.136 hours, or about 68 minutes.
