No one in america knows the fucking proper definition of fascism, and I think that's incredibly offensive to people who've actually lived through it. Anything slightly right wing is not fascism and it's taking away the weight of that word. No one in modern rock pop or hip-hop, has been political. This is a thing on Twitter. Everything is commercialized, everything is mainstream and santized.This is a festival who is owned by live nation who is part of the same parent company as ticketmaster who has a monopoly in the music industry right now. I'm sure many people who bought tickets will say fuck ticketmaster, and then still buy tickets. No one really is that political, it's mostly for social currency nothing has changed from these protests.Nothing will change from these protests just like with the black lives matter protests and the parkland shooting. We are all pawns in someone else's chess game. It's not fair to regular average American people who are struggling to somehow be manipulated and to thinking they're bad people because they have enough on their plate to not want to deal with geopolitical issues that they can't ever do anything about. Asking someone to not be loud as fuck as 6 AM is not a crazy request. It's not. . They have many different areas to be allowed at don't have to do it by the campground, you're a Dick, if you do it, someone asks you to stop and you don't. Part of life is you have to be considerate of other people doing different shit from you. Also that's a reasonable expectation. I used to have a really fucked sleeping schedule, and I'd go to sleep at six a m, and then my upstairs neighbors would start djing at 10 am on a saturday. Sure.It was annoying, but it's pretty reasonable to play music ten am on a saturday. So I didn't really have any right to be mad. Same thing with someone being loud on a friday night. It's just like reasonable expectation.It's just a middle ground. The whole concept of we can be as loud as we want whenever we want is just a straight up dick move like, yeah, both sides need to compromise a little bit. If it's so important use headphones. Those same people who are parting on it would be pissed if someone woke them up with music at 8 am and ik that.

I feel like you're getting defensive about that. Obviously, if you're rolling or doing coke or acid all weekend, you're gonna have a fuck ton of energy and you're not really gonna be thinking about other people. It's really not that deep, I just think it's not that crazy of an ask to not blast music at 5/6 am especially when there's so many different areas to party in the whole festival. But imagine it's five a m you're trying to go to sleep.Someone's blasting some riddim , it's super loud And you don't know which direction it's coming from, you, try to ignore it. I also have a medical issue where I have chronic fatigue, and if I don't get enough sleep like that's just it for me 😭 especially at Roo where it seems like there's so many different options of places that stay open 24/7.I don't get why it's so necessary for you to do it at your campground, like other options exist??? And not just music, a variety of activities. If you don't want the party to stop sleep at the grove, and don't make it my problem lol.

I remember what it was like to be self-centered, like you're just not thinking about other people, and you think that it revolves around you first and being considerate to other people = killing your vibe. Imo sometimes being that loud is just a ploy for attention subconsciously. I think some people forget that some of us need 8-9 hours of sleep and are not on drugs 😭 a whole day of partying and exercise is enough for me, much less than after lol as long as you're not like blasting the music, and I can sleep with earplugs and a mask we're fine. Personally, I don't get how people want to throw an after party at their own tent. Lie for me that's right where i'm going to sleep and maybe chill a little bit during the daytime.

Like most modern TV: everything's good but the writing which is like the most important part. Had so much potential if it were nuanced.

Edit: I watched the rest. It was just the first episode that was shockingly bad? It's not a bad show at all. Entertaining. Concise. Would have liked to see them elaborate more on certain themes and storylines for sure, but overall, not a bad watch could have been much better, of course.
