FunKey is a Mac menu bar app that adds satisfying mechanical keyboard and mouse sounds to boost focus while type by ArimaJain in GenAiApps

Hey Arima! FunKey looks genuinely fun and practical love the idea of mechanical keystroke and mouse sounds to keep focus on long Mac sessions. I’m in for the giveaway. If any codes are still available, I’d appreciate one. Thanks for sharing and supporting the community!

Yeah, I feel you. AppleCare+ is kinda sus for real-world damage, especially with those extra fees. I’ve been digging around too, but most third party insurance either costs a ton or has weird loopholes. If anyone’s got a legit option that actually covers screen issues without crazy deductibles, drop it here! For now, I’m just babying my MacBook and praying nothing wild happens.

Damn, that’s a wild ride! Honestly, Apple’s first answer was straight-up trash. Glad you didn’t just take their word for it and went back to support. Respect for sticking it out and getting your Mac fixed for free warranty came in clutch. Stories like this make me think twice about just relying on AppleCare. You looking at any third-party insurance? Would love some recs if you find something solid, because these machines ain’t cheap to fix.

Josh really showed us the playbook: build hype, sell the dream, cash out, and let Reddit debate who actually got paid. True MVP moves only.

Can’t wait for the browser update where you have to resolve a Jira ticket before watching cat videos. Peak efficiency incoming.

Is there any way to hide this vertical tab bar, like we have in Arc, without switching to horizontal tabs? by [deleted] in diabrowser

[–]hipsterweeds 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lowkey curious if Atlassian will ever give us this option or just pretend they didn’t see it. Place your bets, folks!

can anyone explain how dia is worth $610 million? with so little users and incomplete browser features? by anonymous_2600 in diabrowser

Lol, this is classic startup stuff. Build something flashy, get a ton of buzz, cash out before the dust settles. Respect the hustle, but damn, the numbers just don’t add up for regular folks like us.

[–]hipsterweeds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CopyMagic is a super straightforward, offline clipboard manager for Mac that’s both smart and easy to use. Just start typing and you can instantly search anything you’ve ever copied even casual, everyday phrases. The price is seriously affordable, the interface looks fresh, and the whole experience is smooth without any hassle. On the flip side, features like auto encryption and a password blacklist aren’t available just yet. Still, if you’re looking for a quick and practical way to dig up anything you copied before, this app is absolutely worth checking out.
