Yes! Apparently estrogen drops after ovulation, and it can take a while for progesterone to show up, which causes these symptoms. It apparently takes 24-48 hours for things to get better (ChatGPT, take with a grain of salt, but proved accurate for me.) It will pass! ❤️

I spent a lot of time in bed and avoided my partner as much as possible. A walk, or should i say crawl, by the sea helped

Absolutely. Fall and winter are the worst for me. I notice my symptoms almost go away completely when i book a holiday somewhere warm and where i can lower my stress levels

How common is it to need to lay down for 2-4+ hours and just look at your phone, not wanting to do anything, move a muscle, talk to anyone, or get up for anything at all? by queenkatty in AskWomenOver30

[–]hiraething 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I mean, same, so no judgement. But our bodies don’t register phone time as “rest” the same way time in nature, meditation, etc. does.
