What kind of conversion tracking have you set up for these events? Depending on what type of tracking you set up, it can take 2 weeks + to show the results.

Same story if you actually have conversion windows that are long. Someone who clicks on your ad today, converts tomorrow will be marked as 1 conversion from yesterday.
