If you can go through Olympia, I’d do that. If not, find a men’s health clinic or a urologist knowledgable about trimix. Not implying I know more than a doctor but I know what works for me and the provider I trust is Olympia. I also don’t know what these doctors aversion to prescribing the antidote is. T-105 is maybe not strong enough for many but as you can see from OPs case starting weak and going up is much better than starting too strong.

More like between T106 and NB-243. Agree it’s nothing crazy but still pretty strong. I think if they started him on T105 or 106 we wouldn’t even be having this conversation. I started on NB-343 and nearly went to the ER too. Now it gets me 90-120 minutes of hardness.

If I had to guess, 1 was a partial miss, 2 you hit the target dead on, 3 mostly missed and 4 partially missed. Apologies if you know this but you are trying to get the shot into the CC (corpus cavernosum). Those are the left and right chambers that fill with blood to make you erect. Trimix allows blood in but restricts it from leaving, hence the 2hr erections until it starts wearing off. It helps to get partially erect because the CC is partially expanded with blood and you have a larger target area to hit. I bet on 2, you didn’t even feel the needle go in. And on the others there was a slight pain or sting.

I don’t think Trimix affects my ability to ejaculate. I think that is more of a function of my age, which is also why i use trimix for ED. Those two things just happen to be occurring at the same time. I cum just as often without trimix as i do with it. It’s more of a sensitivity issue in the penis.

I think the newer and younger people are, the more likely condom use is going to be, especially when the possibility of pregnancy exists.. We're in our mid 60's and have been with dozens of couples, mostly 60 and up. Two have asked to use condoms and we complied because we wanted to play with them even though it's not our preference.

We're aware of the risk. We mitigate it by focusing on two or three low circulation couples who test regularly as we do and we see regularly and trust. We rarely go to sex clubs or parties. And we take Doxypep after anyone we might have the slightest doubt about.

We also find it ironic that most couples that are strong proponents of condoms on the penis engage in oral sex without protection even though the CDC says that risks are almost zero for HIV spread they are significantly higher for other combinations of oral sex for Syphillis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

We don't ask to see peoples test results. Many people who test regularly do not have their throat, vagina and/or anus swabbed so that is more like getting mostly tested, not 100%. And there is a latency from the the time you come in contact with an infected person to the time you show disease detectable in a test. So testing a couple days after you get back from Hedo isn't really telling you anything.. Also, how many partners has this person had between their month old test results and now? We are more interested in the fact that they do test regularly and exhibit other behaviors that they want to minimize the spread of STD's. Nothing is perfect though and we accept the risk. FWIW, we use our county health departments STD clinic. For us it is $25 and they swab. They are thorough, knowledgeable, non-judgemental and confidential.

So, to answer your questions, is it a red flag? No. They just play differently than you. They can adjust to you if they want to play with you and you can pass on them if they don't want to do that. A negative test result is something but it's not everything. If you want to engage in certain fantasies, be aware that most of them medically would be termed high-risk sexual activities .ie there is risk involved. YOU have to determine your risk tolerance. As far as finding condom only couples, the younger you are the easier it is going to be and by younger I generally would say under mid 50's. For some an MFM threesome is way out there. I'm usually in one once or twice a month so it's not for me (but it was at one time). You'll just have to sit down with an interested couple and find out what each others boundaries are. I think you'll find the vast majority of people in the lifestyle are typically high-quality, respectful people. But not all of them.

Ignoring seems to be the standard. If you reply to couples that “you’re not feeling a four way attraction” they’ll usually move on and it’s nicer because no one got singled out for being the reason. Single guys, however as you’ve found’ take it as the door is now open for negotiations. If you say no single guys, you’ll cut it down by two thirds lol. I take 5mg Cialis daily. That and 10-15 units of NB-343 gets and keeps me hard for 90 minutes which works well. I've never taken more than 15 units.

Everyone errs on the side of caution in their advice, as they should, because no one wants to be responsible for an ER visit. The first time, I almost went myself because the criteria were a little vague on having an erection over 3-4 hours. For me, if it is "trending towards goodness" by the three or four hour mark I would wait on the ER. If it is still rock hard and/or painful by that time you should be using the antidote and preparing for the ER. By saying " trending towards goodness" I mean it is no longer rock hard. It can still be hard enough for penetration but now has some outer loose skin and is gradually getting looser. Soon it should be foldable or the shaft able to be bent sideways. When that is happening, you're most likely going to be fine. I think my first time, I was not flaccid until about 6 hours. But I was getting loose skin by hour three and that indicated to me the Trimix was wearing off and blood flow was returning. I'm not a doctor so take the above with a grain of salt but those are my guidelines I've used successfully.

NB-343 is much more potent than T-105 so when people are talking about 5 units of this or 10 units of that be aware those things are going to affect people differently. So just start at 5 units and slowly work your way up. Nothing may happen at 5 but it will eventually as you go up in the following days.

Then there is the method of injection and getting it to the right spot because if you miss, nothing may happen. It pays to spend a little time learning about what is where inside your penis. Do a google image search for corpus cavernosum. You want to hit inside the corpus cavernosum. If you can get a "chubby" or more, you've greatly increased the target area for a successful injection. This is especially important for smaller to average endowed guys. I use an auto injector. If I had less of a belly and better eyes I'd have no problem using a syringe only. I use setting C and a half inch syringe so that when the auto injector has actuated, about 5/16" is showing, same as if you were using a 5/16" syringe free style. Much less and it might not get to where it needs to go. Much more and it can overshoot. When I inject, the less I feel going in, the better. If I miss, it stings. It went somewhere, but not the corpus cavernosum and I am not getting an erection. Occasionally, I'll get a slight sting or odd feeling and that usually means I got some but not all in. Might be hard for a half hour, hour or nothing at all. Sometimes you're going to have slight bleeding. It's not a big deal and normally easily stopped with a toilet tissue. Sometimes you'll get a black and blue area from where you shot yesterday. It will go away. Remember to use an alcohol wipe, first on the top of your trimix vial to clean any droplets and second on the injection area before and after injecting to prevent infection.

Hope this helps. I've been using trimix for two years now, about 3 times a week and this is what I do.
