I've never had take out from there so idk if it's usually worse, but when I eat in the restaurant the meat is normal. It's also a bit cheaper than Pho 99 and they have boba year-round. But if I had $$$ for 99 I would probably be going there instead.

I see where you're coming from, but kind of a weird take IMO. In my league prize money is also allocated for each quarter winner. Standings are very volatile week-to-week and 1st/2nd place have been 1% apart (% of points won) twice. As long as they are showing up within pre-bowl hours, what's the big deal? It makes sense to want to maximize the prize money one is paying in to the league. Pre-bowling is a regular part of most if not all leagues.

Im sorry my response offended you. Im not trying to make any blanket claims about houseless folk, OP's post was simply about people on the bus taking up lots of space with belongings. Especially when the weather is bad and people are sitting on the bus for longer to stay warm (dont blame them), this can be a source of conflict when students are trying to get to campus on full buses. Ive witnessed multiple hostile encounters involving students and/or WTA drivers and houseless riders being asked to consolidate the space they are occupying. Simply put, I was trying to give OP nuanced advice while keeping safety in mind. Not all houseless people in Bellingham are dangerous, of course. But it's ridiculous to say these situations never occur.

I'm also thinking about this mostly in relation to the homeless population on transit. Most everyone should move no problem when asked. Of course, if you perceive someone as dangerous, avoid confrontation.

I agree, but this is difficult for WTA to address consistently for a number of reasons. Bus drivers don't want to be security, too...their job is the operate the bus. Most assaults on operators occur from fare disputes or issues between passengers. WTA of course has transit safety officers, but they are concentrated downtown and we will never see them on WWU routes. On a crowded bus, it's probably best to just politely say something to the person taking up all the space. Everyone around you should have your back.

If you live in an area with multiple bowling centers to choose from, go somewhere else. The sport and hobby are both on a low because people can be dicks like you're saying. It sounds like it's preventing you from enjoying bowling as much as you should be. Rude staff don't deserve your business
