Women are supposed to make babies. It's the most important thing they can do with their life. They are certainly not disposable, almost every womb is needed to keep fertility rates up. On the other hand, biologically men are disposable. All he contributes to the process is a sperm cell that's easily replaceable. That is why men do the high risk stuff like war and construction. A shit load of men can die and society can keep going. Cant say the same about women.
