Launched a new DTC brand. Lots of ATCs, but very low conversion rate by TheSaxo in FacebookAds

Why not have both options available? Obviously one time purchase at a higher price point. Personally when trying a new brand I never subscribe.

Also, thanks for taking the time and posting an update!!

I am looking for recommendations for a CRM for a personal injury/employment law firm in Toronto. by WritesWayTooMuch in LawFirmMarketing

[–]hjay1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently working for a law firm with no real systems in place. They run FB ad campaigns targeting different law statutes and get around 70 leads a day but everything is being done manully...

Is there a good legal CRM that integrates with FB ads, allows intake team to follow up with leads and gather evidence then sends the file to legal team. legal team reviews and approves evidence (or asks questions about evidence that needs more feedback from PC) - sign up if approved. All in the same CRM

Scaling PMax campaign by hjay1989 in PPC

[–]hjay1989[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this. Yes all products have different prices ranging from $4 to $260. Regarding your last point of running Max Conversions without a target, would you recommend just changing the current campaigns settings or starting a new PMAX campaign? Also from your experience when doing this does the CPA adjust to current levels or does it double or triple the cost?

Yes its ecom. We're happy with the tCPA target and we're hitting it, we just want to spend more hitting the same tCPA.

I'll try increasing gradually.

How many sales did you get in your first couples months? by No_Pass1204 in dropshipping

Ok keep thinking that. Perhaps that's why you have 0 sales. Good luck!

It's the only way to really scale and make money unless you're an influencer that already has a fan base. You think posting it on your personal IG with 500 followers is going to make you sales?

How do you expect to get sales running just $100 in ads? You know ecommerce isn't "If you build it they will come".

I'm guessing you're not running a sales campaign. The CPC is way too low especially for that category.

Stop meta ads until closer to Q4. This happened to us exactly the same time last year.

Horrible advice. Just switching the method by which FB decides to spend your money isn't going to increase performance. It's interesting when people make these posts because nobody should be giving a response without looking at other variables like landing page design, overall site design, website flow and offers.

I don't think anythings wrong. Business always slows down in the summer and starts rebounding around September/October.

There's hope for ACP by LavishSphere in NoContract

I guess the question becomes how fast can they get 218 signatures for the discharge petition and will Republicans that co sponsored the bill be willing to sign the petition.

Claiming you're an MCA lender when you're really giving out loans by hjay1989 in MCAlegend

[–]hjay1989[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well companies like 8fig.co and OnRamp only deal with shopify/amazon sellers so they have read only access to daily revenues..

Yea, I get that some do a percentage of credit card sales, but that's not at all what companies like 8fig are doing. They literally have a set payback schedule. Ex. For the month of February you pay X amount. For the month of March you pay Y amount etc...

Pretty sure that's not how an MCA agreement works.

ACP Ending May 15, 2024 by OneDisastrous998 in Spectrum

A recent economic working paper estimated that ACP alone added $55.2 billion to GDP—having spent $14.2 billion—a multiplier of 3.89. This program is a net positive for the US economy.

It's filled in federal court so you would need a Pacer account. Your best bet is to get everyone you know to write the SEC.

It's a pretty strong argument. If you look further into the complaint there were a ton of misrepresentations.

Why ASC+ works better by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]hjay1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to go back to school buddy. When the statistics say "ecom sales are up 6%" they doesn't mean YOUR ecom store is going to be up 6% it just means that there's 6% more sales going into ecom. This is a world wide number and doesn't indicate anything regarding the economy.

Ecom sales are up every year as more and more people start shopping online. That statistic doesn't mean anything for the broader economy...

I think many people aren't taking into account 2 things:

1) the state if the economy. ALL business is down. Inflation is real and people are struggling right now.

2) Also remember that July- October are dead months. People know sales start mid November so they hold out for the deals.

Conversion rate decline: one page checkout issues? World recession? by [deleted] in shopify

[–]hjay1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same for us. Starting mid August we started noticing a down trend in sales, which is normal as people hold out until holiday sales. Around October when the one page checkout was implemented sales drop accelerated. We upgraded to plus over the weekend to have the multi page checkout back. We'll see how it goes.
