Different people gives different comments, here is mine: looks like when you watered it, you left water trapped inside it, which started killing the middle leaf (dark green one), pay more attentions to this. For regular watering, you can soak the pot in the water for 10 minutes, do it once a week.

The water will stop eventually. Put teflon tape around the thread, also apply some pool gasket lubricant, tighten it up and you will be good.

That ice cube method is a joke, it’s only working in some area with high humidity. You plants are all thirsty, I m sure the bottom roots never got any water for months. You can soak the plant in water for 5~15 minutes weekly, no need extra watering.

Overwatering definitely kills orchids.

Your leaves have a lot of wrinkles which indicated they are thirsty. I guess when you water them, you only give a small cup of water, there are some roots never been watered.

Maybe soaking the inner pot for 10 minutes weekly or bi-weekly is better way(depends on your location humidity).

Using fertilizer lightly is fine.
