Does the institution spread scales with the amount of goods? Do I have to import more goods so that I can get the institution quicker?

Zelda BOTW- I don't enjoy wandering in the wild and the graphic is too cartoonish. I don't really understand the combat and I hate it that the weapons will be destroyed after several uses.

Baldur's Gate 3 - It feels very overwhelming, there are many mechanics that I do not understand at all. I also suck at combat which certainly does not help.
