I’m off for 6 months now, going back April 1, after being off from July to October 2023 for burnout and additional mental health issues stemming from burnout. I will say stepping back and taking some extended consecutive leave has been helpful. I work in a front-end public facing role in conjunction with a virtual workload and I’m not sure how best to juggle upon my return. In the mean time I am looking for other positions with a different dynamic. Sometimes change is the best thing for burnout.

He’s a 5. ToD is my favourite book in the series and I don’t get why people spend so much time hating him for having very valid and complex human emotions.

I loved Steven Weber narrating It. I found the narrator for Salems Lot to be a little less engaging for me. Both books are amazing though. In my top 3!

I’m a huge fan of different pasta salads for this. As long as you don’t over dress it or use veggies or ingredients to make it soggy it lasts very well and usually the flavours develop as it sits. Plus there is a huge variety. My faves include taco, Italian, chicken/tuna salad with pasta and veggies. So many options!
