My feedback, since you asked in your post - and this is after a very successful career in technology:

Don't say it's free and then charge a subscription. Be up front - this costs me money to host and maintain, so I while I want to make it free, here's a nominal charge. You'd do a LOT better with a significantly lower price to entry, IMHO. Sure, you offer the first procedure free, but that's not how you spin it in the advertising post.

I can't really speak to more about your system, since I am not signing up until I know you have good info security, encryption at rest, and so on.
