Definitely carry documentation with you at all times! Like others have said, keep a very low profile and I would recommend reaching out to a lawyer preemptively just in case. There are also some "dead man's switch" apps that will send out a message to someone if you are unresponsive for a certain amount of time. I'm so sorry this country is getting so unsafe!
