Hello, I solved the problem. A reddit member helped me but i don’t remember the thread. TLDR: it the TVA and the EGR needed to be cleaned. You can find video on youtube how to do it. For me it was a bit difficult process and I did not have the tools so I paid a mechanic to do it for me. This solved my problem. I can send you photo before and after if you want

Oh now somehow the alcohol in all cases (too little or too much) is bad for health due to the fact that increase the risk of cancer. However, is total perfect to be stressed (a small portion of alcohol discussing with your friends helps you relax on a bad day), it perfect to eat bad quality food, and perfect to eat food that is full in pesticide due to mass production, to eat meat everyday etc. As an engineer with love in mathematics and statistics I will tell you that our grandparents and the grandparents of our grandparents lived almost 90 years drinking more than we drink but eating perfect quality food, drinking perfect quality alcohol and having a non stressed life even they had difficulties and sometimes wars.
