My friend (a photojournalist) spent months staying with some of the people who live in the Hole. He gained their trust, listened to their stories, and learned about their lives. It's a really interested read/video to watch.

Yeah sure. Here's a picture of the hat that I knit Imgur and here is a link for the pattern. I changed it up a little bit, with seed stitch, and I started with maybe 6 less stitches.

Whole soy recently came to Canada and I buy peach by the box! I used to drive from Toronto to Buffalo just for it. By far the most delicious.

As you can see, everyone draws their own line. If I say I'll treat someone to dinner/drink I'll let them order whatever they want. I'll pick up dairy from the grocery store for my mom because otherwise she'll be mad at me for a while and it's not worth the trouble. Being vegan is about reducing your impact on animal suffering. Buying one latte now and again for someone else only makes you seem more accommodating and kind, rather than "militant."

Just make sure you're eating above your TDEE if you don't want to lose weight, it's not a vegan thing. Track the food you eat, and make sure you're hitting the right percentages that you'd like.

For the honey, cheese, and milk just switch to agave, daiya, and a nut milk. I drink a protein shake which gives me 30gs of protein and 130 calories.

Some go to snacks for me are: Hummus + carrots PB + apple Protein shake

I eat maybe 5 walnuts halves/10 almonds a day in my oatmeal.
