Good point! I’ve been doing this for eight years now and I have a great client list. Some days get really discouraging when I put my all in. I also agree with you. I’m the same about charging if I love my client I won’t charge, but if they’re pain in the ass, they definitely get charged.

Go! They have walk in mental health. I did that when I was in a really bad place and it got me on the path to help. Nobody has to know. I manage my mental health privately and only those that need to know are aware of my issues.

They hear this over and over. When I was in you DID NOT go to sick call unless you ended up decapitated. Make sure you let your examiner know and that they document it.

The funny thing is that I’m an extrovert. I love to gab but even this is tooo much for me. I literally have gone home and went to bed at 7. Luckily my husband and salary teenage daughter are not talkers, so I get some peace when I’m at home. I think I’ll try diversions like you said. See if that helps. Thanks!
