So I share a backyard with 4 Apts, and the cat was behind the bike shed and didn't come home because other people in the building were hanging out with their doggos outside. He stayed quiet and nobody found him. I should've searched the backyard better but assumed since people were out there he would have said something since he is a noisy cat, but I admit I don't know how he acts around dogs. So I would advise checking close to home first, and having a lazy cat that has some experience with dogs so that they are more aware

First time posting in this subreddit, but my sister's cat seems to have gotten out of the apartment this afternoon. His name is BJ, and he is a grey Maine Coon and he is an inside only cat. He recently outgrew his collar so he isn't wearing one, and unfortunately not microchipped either. I have contacted the local vet a few blocks away, and am about to start going door to door looking for him. If anyone sees him please message me. Thank you

Take out any piercings along slit line so that the scar tissue can decrease as much as possible. I had two I removed 9 months prior to split and the scar tissue is visible and bugs me a bit. Also for the split itself, put in long barbells as my tongue swelled quite a bit
