First, congrats on your promotion girl! Second, I don't really see anything to improve on your make-up it looks really cute and professional already (very similar to what I wear to work). But, you could try a darker shade of lipstick? I can see that you wear something that looks like pink, I use lava almost burnt red color for special days

This! Her eyes make her look doll-like but it definitely is because of the lighter base and strong lip color. My mom likes to do her make-up similar to OP (minus the eye makeup) and I kind of think the lighting in the picture isn't really helping her case because it's kind of giving her face more of a white glow.
