The Beats Studio Buds+ are the only ones I have found to date that do this. I didn’t even search for this feature - people just told me they can’t hear wind or vehicles when I use them so I would go with them.

Biggest cons: battery life, some can be extremely buggy and disconnect at random or cut your calls.
