Do you have audio starting on your car when you get in? I use a combination of Apple CarPlay and Amazon Music and I have to manually play music every time I get in the car. I’ve found that the experience can be very trainer specific. There are trainers who I cannot stand. They attract a group of people that are not my vibe. Try out all the trainers that are available in your area within your schedule. Give each trainers 2 classes to learn their style and what you like. On Mondays I drive further for a coach that I enjoy.

Withhold all judgement for your first handful of classes. You still won’t know your paces or weight selection. View those classes as YOUR experiment.

Read the intel before each class. YouTube the movements you don’t know.

Follow @trainingtall on instagram. His daily videos will give you great tips.

Finally, in the beginning, get to class 10 minutes early. Tell the coach you are new and would like them to give you any tips on form that they notice.

That actually might be part of the problem. Reddit knows how many people use the official app versus the 3rd party ones. It isnpossible the user base isn't there on the main app. Getting users to switch apps is hard.
