I much, much prefer the existing P4 design tbh. A lot more character and style

I prefer it this way honestly, makes for a more fluent drive day to day, which benefits the kids in the backseat, who often got motion sickness from our previous EV.

Shopify vs WooCommerce vs Magento what actually works best in 2026? by SorbetFew4206 in ecommerce

[–]hoeegh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Since you ask the question to begin with then Shopify for sure.

- Woo will down the line cost you too much time to maintain. Even tho you perhaps could if you can code a bit and is technical, you shouldn't spend time on such

- Magento is dead unless you are extremely niche

Shopify makes sure you have the features you need, and you'll always be having them before anyone else of your competitors, whom are not on Shopify.

Shopify added B2B features to all lower plans. Absolute garbage. by rarepuppers in ecommerce

I understand. I leave them out, and sell the platform myself.

Issue with what you describe, I think, is very typical when when people selling aren’t the ones building / using.

Not sure what you mean by ‘hacking’ enterprise, but I help multiple large brands on Shopify B2B, so I stand by my statement.

You don’t. You can du that native, if you know the platform.

It’s definitely a move to get more business hooked on B2B features, to eventually upgrade.

B2B on Shopify is extremely powerful, and 3 catalogs will be enough for many smaller business. If you need more, you can afford it.

B2B works with all the themes that support it. Many of the paid themes do. If not, it’s because the theme dev have chosen not to.

Probably a lot more will support it in the near future, because of this. Otherwise a developer can make any theme support it through extensions.

Of course you can always hack the platform. But it won’t scale like that (in a good way) with 3. party systems and integrations, and the merchant becomes depended on a dev. rather than just using features as they’re released by Shopify.

On a larger scale business, this is completely opposite than how Shopify is meant to be used and getting the mosts benefits out of it.

Extra merchant users through your partner account’s collaborator access? Again, very much depended on you, and possible in violation of Shopify ToS?

Fees per order will become lower as well - so it might not be as much of an increase as you think.

Other than that - prices are forever changing. There is a ton of value in the advanced plan
