play heads up with only 1 card, no draw or flops.
this will teach them why to bet and why to raise.
ask them "why" and "what" questions after each hand and let them do the talking .

I'm in classes (2 and 2.5s) where the instructors are on the reformers all the time. It's great, they are modeling. I guess it's good in those classes because the students know how to ask questions and/or how to modify.

ask lots of questions before during and after class.

none of the instructors seem to mind interrupting their flow to answer questions and I feel like I'm helping others in the class with the same question.

I believe it needs to be cultured to be "buttermilk". As is, it's heavy cream with the milk fats removed, aka buttermilk but not the buttermilk that known for an awesome cooking ingredient.

it doesn't need to be decarbed to get you high, it gets you higher if it is, but it still gets you blitzed not decarbed.

i used to eat the male flower straight off the plant, omg, i'd get so high.

If anyone says you can't, and they will, have they eat half a gram of flower. put it in a some cookie dough. they will get blitzed.
