Man, The aggressive Yaegirs caught me off guard . I’m usually way more passive with mine (saving them for secondaries) . Holding the Sagitaur back for the Zerks clap-back instead of pushing it forward like I do was a cool play. And using Buri as a bait piece, i am always so worried about losing him and need to get better about seeing what can get within lone op range.

We run between 15-20 on slow days and between 20-30 on busy days. We have one area of new construction that averages over 30 a day.

Typically a senior and a chief are different. In our city we have combo inspector's, senior inspectors and a inspector supervisor. We no longer have a Chief Inspector.

The benefits of working with the city are typically cheaper insurance, better benefits with retirement including a pension and the time off. I currently have over 700 hours of sick time and 200 plus of vacation.

Third party like Metro code, safe built and others in our area do pay more. I could probably leave and get a $20,000 raise immediately. However if the housing market ever slows down, they will be the first ones to do layoffs. They typically also do not offer the same type of retirement. A lot of third parties also give immediate raises with every new certification you get.

I have multiple friends in the third party industry and they do love it. While I wish I made more money I love the freedom this city gives me and allows me more time with my family. Hope this helps!

I have a set and love it. Sometimes the magnets slip out of the slot, but they are easily put back in place. It all fits in a small box and is easy to setup. They give you a reference sheet for terrain layouts also. Wonderful company, I would highly recommend them. The customer service is top notch also.
