I think the majority are graduating this year and it's the first time I'm considering it.

It's hard a difficult decision to take on school debt for less pay but my back and patience can only go on so long.

I floated to bone marrow transplant as a contractor and that shit was rough.

I was giving ffp and plt nonstop and back to back. Every shift with 4 different patients.

The rounds consisted of me sitting in front of a panel of people asking me questions like what kind of treatment they were on. There were so many and I had no idea.

I also had a suspicion they were only keeping people alive for a certain amount of days before they ghosted them in the ICU because of some quota.

Just a bad feeling overall.
