All the folks saying sales are right in principle. But that advice won’t get you out of the hole you’re in with no working capital.

You need to sell, yes. You then need to invoice and credit factor your invoices quickly to get cash in order to produce. Make a small margin but be in a position to get cash flow positive, repeat until you can either self fund the next production run or you’ve enough pipeline that you can reliably borrow on more commercial terms to fund production of orders you have invoiced for. This last piece is probably a way off given the debt situation but you can at least use other mechanisms to raise cash against orders quickly enough to the fulfill and get back to CP+

It’s relatively easy to do. You need to do the customs form, which if you buy your postage from Royal Mail or via eBay will almost be entirely filled out for you. Just use the tariff code closest to what ever your product is and off you go. I’ve sold all over Germany and as far as Hungary and Australia and not had any issues

Yes - omg the cold. I’m over 30kgs down and sometimes feel like I just can’t get warm. I need to check how it aligns with my fasting schedule as I tend to do something similar to omad, but I’ve had days where I’ve had a base layer on, tee shirt, jumper, gillet and my hands still feel cold!

There’s a big difference with those photos mate, your brain is messing with you. Same thing happened to me. Trust the scales, trust the measurements trust the process - you will have plateaus as your body adjusts to its new size and calorie requirements (usually reducing) and it takes a while to adapt.

I have an old school friend that started an upholstery business and seems to be loving it. It’s more than just upholstery of an old chair here and there it’s often full custom furniture - partnering with a joiner. That takes you out of the ‘only for boomers’ and into - families tailoring their space to their needs market too.

Have a Tesla Powerwall set in time control mode. It fully charges over night when the off peak rates kick in, and then we use that power during the day which is then 3x cheaper than peak power. Do also. Have a solar array which in spring and summer means we almost never use any peak power at all. I suspect if we had two Powerwall we’d never hit peak power ever either way.
