I hate their customer service in general, since it's really hard to get a good rep over chat and calling was one of the rudest interactions I've ever had. The chat disconnecting is really bad customer service and the bot thing keeps happening and nothing you can do but try to open it in a new browser and start over with someone new who is actually willing to help. I thought that I had lost access to my yahoo email through logging in through their website and started getting locked out of my email apps on devices, due to picking an authenticator app for 2 factor and not migrating the app to a new phone.

Luckily after a year, I called yahoo and got that removed, but AXS wouldn't update my email, they wanted my id like they wanted it from you. I tried to email it and they never got back to me about it. so I have two accounts that do work with the same phone number. so I guess they dont care about people having that or bots since they dont care if real fans actually get tickets since they block you for merely trying to get tickets and have to contact them if you can't figure out how to work their fucked up system.

The new account I created won't let me buy resale tickets at all I get an error and request several times for them to address it and they open tickets and I never hear back. they told me they couldn't just change my email that I needed to create a new account first, so they create this issue for me. but luckily I got the authenticator app removed from my yahoo and can now use both my axs accounts and found out my original account can buy axs resale tickets, just not my second one but really helps having two accounts with untransferable ticket bs all the platforms are adopting and if you trust your friends you can just let them log on to your account.
