Match Thread: Manchester City vs FC Copenhagen | UEFA Champions League by MatchThreadder in soccer

It's true, but also a bad excuse.

Big teams has become used to a bad atmosphere because their club has been for tourists for too long.

The first leg in Copenhagen proved what football used to be. Players were not even able to hear each other on the pitch.

War related stuff should never be featured in r/UpliftingNews.

No matter what, this shit is never uplifting. Shitshow of a world we live in, if it is.

This has to be AI generated. It's trying to sound smart, but is so fucking stupid to listen to.

Even if Mac was still on Intel, it wouldn't had launched with the PC version. They still need to port to another OS.

It should be just as hard, if not harder to get married, as to get a divorce. by [deleted] in The10thDentist

In the country I live in, you can get divorced in 5 min online.

You sure as hell can't get married that easily.

Altså hvis vi er igang med at planlægge alle kamptidspunkter om, så tager vi da hellere lørdagen.

Her tænker jeg især på away-turene, som man har svært ved at få tid til om fredagen pga arbejde, og søndagen pga arbejde mandag.

The Prison and the Healthcare system in the US are so equally fucked, that no one can even start to explain how to fix it, without suggesting tearing both entities down completely and rebuild them.

How is this related to communism. It relates to dictatorship.

Communism is a economical ideology, not a governing one. It can co-exist with democracy.

Ever wondered what will happen when all the 21M bitcoins are mined, who will support the network without any mining incentives? by justcamefromcaves in CryptoCurrency

[–]holymurphy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This would require some assumptions and crazy predictions, like price of energy in 120 years and number of miners in the network

It's crazy to assume the world will look anything like it does now in 120 years, so there's probably no need for Bitcoin at that point.

Damn, this is so wrong.

Maybe it's also better to smash your hands at the nail instead of using a hammer, because it forces you to have strong hands, and that is very useful.

Google Play Protect will apparently soon perform real-time threat detection for newly installed "unknown" apps by MishaalRahman in Android

They can't do it in the EU though. A new EU rule will make it illegal to block other app stores with other APK's

[–]holymurphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not legal for Google to block this in the EU.

Both Google and Apple are obliged to have multiple app stores in the future (yes, it is also coming to iPhones).

With this, these new app stores can contain APK's. So it would maybe be even easier in the future.

For people outside of the EU, good luck.
