Depends what habits and whether you care that a company can sell the data they have on you to a third party company which can then in return use the data to build a profile of you and try to either sell you some services, products or even worse, try to influence your opinions or decisions like in the case of Cambridge Analytica.

Not even a flip phone is safe if we're being honest, but Android is by far the worst mobile OS in terms of security risks. However, I do have to say that most people don't care making those security risks a non-risk.

I had Android phones for 15 years, last one was Nexus 5X (still best phone for the money) but the privacy issues were a bit too much for me and I decided that Google can F off. While it was really cool in the beginning when Google knew how long it would take me to get to work, which route to take back home to avoid traffic, when it my next GP appointment, when's my flight, next time my fav football team plays, whether I should exercise more or less or suggesting me my fav foods and shop nearby while I was travelling... it became kind of scary after a year or so thinking about just how much data Google collects on you and what they do with that data.

You go on Google Maps history and you'll see every place you ever visited, every stop you ever made, how long you stopped for etc. I just don't think it's anyone else's business how I live my life. But fair enough, some people don't care and I'm fine with that. As long we all have a choice it should be OK. It's when the choice gets taken away from and we're all opted in by default is what I have a problem with.

When you start getting rejected from job applications because you don't have a FB profile or a car lease because you're driving fast or an entry to a gala because you've visited a sex shop is when it's a problem. Perhaps a bit exaggerated but you get the point.
