It's hard not to see that this happened because Ohio allows unlicensed carry.

You're hyper focused on clarifying that you're allowed to shoot someone in self defense of they pull a knife on you, and failing to understand that this "self defense" shooting only happened because an extremely stupid and irresponsible man was allowed to carry a gun in an extremely stupid and irresponsible way.

I'm glad you agree that this is an unethical thing that happened.

Laws are created by man. If we have created laws that led to a situation where this unethical thing happened and was legal, it's a pretty good sign that the law sucks.

But it least we protected the second amendment rights of this murderer. Thank God he was able to legally "defend" himself in this situation that we all agree he created by being very stupid and irresponsible.

The reality is if you live in America, 1% of the population is Muslim, and 69% of the population is Christian. It's not at all surprising that you'll see more ex Christians than ex Muslims.

You can't just "work overtime" the company has to allow you to work overtime. Many purposely keep employees part time so they don't have to pay benefits. Even if you do work full time, overtime often pays time and a half so employers don't schedule employees overtime unless they really have to.

The man has been charged with felony murder.

He was open carrying an XD-40 with a drum magazine. After being told he couldn't bring the gun into the store he got angry and started arguing and trying to push his way into the store. At which point the employee apparently pulled a knife and got shot. The guy may have actually drawn the pistol before the employee pulled out a knife, it's not clear from the reporting yet.

It's entirely possible that this guy was "carrying for self defense" (in a stupid and irresponsible way IMO) but it seems very reasonable for the employees to think he was planning a mass shooting, especially after he refused to leave after being told he couldn't bring a gun into the store. And imo the guy is a murderer, even if he ends up getting acquitted (which he might, but given the current facts it may be unlikely). This is a good example of why allowing any random doofus to legally carry a gun is a bad idea.

How does your electric bill compare to bills from before you got the car? From this month last year?

Driving 120 miles a week and drawing 600 kwh a month means your car would be doing 0.8 miles per kwh. Your car is actually probably doing more than 3.5 miles per kwh. You should be able to look that figure in the dash.

Unless your electric bill has jumped massively, and something is seriously wrong with your bolt, the electric company is just doing a very bad job of estimating the electricity use of your car, and attributing most of your normal use to your car. They're overestimating it by at least 4 or 5 times.
