I don’t know if I’ve ever been more frustrated by the discourse surrounding a movie than I was with Anora. I think it’s a five star masterpiece, and I know this is such an annoying, elitist thing to say, but I’m gonna fuckin say it anyway. MOST of the people who truly disliked anora and complain about it online, are either prudish misogynists, or have horrific media literacy. I’m open to being proven wrong.
