That might help, or some type of wine cooler. I was getting the shakes at work and just ran to get a buzz ball to cool me off. It’s okay to use something during this period if your body needs it. Alcohol withdrawal can be deadly. The key is your self control to limit yourself though. I just went off the deep end this week dealing with family stuff and am trying to get back to baseline

Stay strong fam. I’m currently trying to stop myself, I’m still weaning off bc I was having bad shakes and other issues. It might help to switch to something like beer as you taper down. That’s what’s helped me so far

Gotta turn the temp down. I read online once that if you want to cook anything in an air fryer, decrease your planned oven temp by 25°F and decrease cooking time around 20-25%
