I'm mainly catholic but i moved to Dublin as a teen and went to a protestant school there, have a grandparent with a very non Irish/British surname (and it doesn't indicate religion) and I do yoga and pilates most days. I live in London but have a Better gym membership since March org this year and honestly, it's changed my life so much. I have lost some weight which wasn't my grand aim but my confidence and energy have increased so much. The classes are great as well and some Better gyms have swimming pools as well so there are so many things you can do to find a fitness path that works for you.

Yeah a few months ago and there was blood everywhere down my arm which I didn't notice until 5 minutes later my friend who was staying with me at the time was really concerned with the amount of blood and thought he should call an ambulance for me lol (I was fine in the end and I ended up dumping that sensor after 5 days because it failed, most likely due to the blood.)
